  • support for any product not covered by a current product warranty,
  • support of any topics covered within the documentation provided with your NetComm product,
  • support of any topics covered within the Knowledge Base .

Please contact our Technical Support team for personalised, fee based support for queries such as

  • configuration of your computer to connect wirelessly to your NetComm device
  • wireless encryption/security configuration
  • port forwarding configuration

No fee will be applied if the issue is not fully resolved or if the NetComm product is deemed as faulty by the Technical Support Analyst.
